CONCENTRATED STENCIL REMOVER (DECOATER)
PRODUCT:
Concentrated Stencil Remover (Decoater).
FORM:
Concentrated Liquid for 1:25 to 1:30 dilution.
USE:
Reclaiming screen printing stencils.
PROPERTIES:
- Provides easy and fast reclaiming of emulsions and capillary films, from nylon, polyester or stainless steel meshes.
- Variostrip 9228 can be used to prepare solutions of varying strength according to the need. Easy to dissolve in water.
- For manual cleaning or use in automatic equipments.
- Water based, biodegradable product. Does not damage the mesh.
- The diluted working solution does not clog or corrode spray nozzles made of stainless steel or polypropylene.
- Can be used in automatic equipment with recirculation systems. High stability.
- Does not contain chlorine. Odorless.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DILUTION:
Dilute the product by 1:30 – Add 1 liter of VARIOSTRIP 9228 to 30 liters of water.
For better cleaning efficiency, more concentrated solutions can be prepared by using less water. For example, the concentrated decoater can be dissolved by 1:25.
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
When using in automatic cleaning equipment, follow the instructions of the machine manufacturer regarding to the volume that has to be prepared, feeding into the tank and equipment operation.
In case of foaming, add 10 ml of VARIOSTOP 0950 to the tank of decoating solution.
For manual operation apply VARIOSTRIP 9228 on both sides of the stencil using a brush or sponge. An alternative procedure is to leave the screen submersed in the remover for two or three minutes. For faster results, the product can be scrubbed continuously on the mesh
The screen must be cleaned of all ink residues prior to the decoating operation.
In cases where hardeners or catalysts were used, leave for longer time periods or prepare a more concentrated solution.
Do not let the product dry on the stencil.
Wash the stencil with running water, then use high pressure water until all emulsion is removed.
ATTENTION:
Do not mix VARIOSTRIP 9228 with products that contain Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach).
