CONCENTRATED MESH DEGREASER
PRODUCT:
Concentrated mesh degreaser.
FORM:
Concentrated liquid, for 1:30 to 1:50 dilution.
USE:
To clean the mesh prior to coating the emulsion or film.
PROPERTIES:
- Degreases all types of screen fabrics: nylon, polyester and stainless steel. For new and reclaimed meshes.
- Completely removes all greases, particles and other impurities.
- Specially recommended for automatic cleaning equipment.
- Low foaming. Easy to wash away.
- Improves the quality of the emulsion layer.
- Increases the adhesion of emulsions and films to the mesh.
- Reduces the number of pinholes in the stencil, avoiding unnecessary touch ups.
- No other chemical treatment is required after the degreasing operation.
- Does not damage the mesh.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Dilute the product by 1:50 – Add 1 liter of VARIOPREP 0031 in 50 liters of water.
For better cleaning efficiency, more concentrated solutions can be prepared by using less water. For example, the concentrated degreaser can be dissolved by 1:30.
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
When using automatic cleaning equipment, follow the instructions of the machine manufacturer regarding to the volume that has to be prepared, feeding into the tank and equipment operation.
In case of foaming, add 10 ml of VARIOSTOP 0950 to the tank of degreasing solution.
For manual operation, wet the mesh and apply the VARIOPREP 0031 diluted solution with a soft nylon brush. Gently brush it over the whole surface, on both sides of the fabric.
Wash with water until all product is dissolved and no residues are left.
Dry the screen completely before coating the emulsion.
Do not touch the fabric after it has been degreased.
* The air generally contains particles, which can contaminate the fabric. For this reason it is recommended to degrease the screens just prior to use the emulsion or film.
WARNINGS:
Read the MSDS before using the product.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse opened eyes for several minutes under running water.
It is advisable to wear protective gloves.
