PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSION (DIRECT PROCESS)
PRODUCT:
Screen printing emulsion pre-sensitized with pure photopolymer.
APPLICATION:
For the preparation of screen stencils for textile, ceramic and glass printing.
PROPERTIES:
- Pure photopolymer emulsion with high resistance to water and abrasion.
- Allows the printing of small dots, fine lines and precise details with plastisols and water based inks. Ideal for 4 color printing. For long print runs on manual or automatic presses.
- Pre-sensitized, it comes ready to use. It is not necessary to add any sensitizer, nor wait for the disappearing of the air bubbles generated in the sensitizing.
- Fast exposure, excellent cost x benefit ratio.
