Pre-sensitized emulsions, photopolymer based. Ready to use, it is not necessary to add any sensitizer. Short exposure time. Provide high definition and resolution. These emulsions stand temperature up to 140 °F (60°C) during the stencil making process with no negative effect on its photographic proprieties.

Dual cure emulsions that combine two sensitizers: Diazo and Photopolymer. Due to this advanced technology, these emulsions provide proprieties that can not be achieved by diazo and Dichromate emulsions such as co-solvent resistance, highest definition and resolution, higher photographic sensibility than diazo emulsions, flatter stencils (lower Rz) with less coatings and easy reclaiming.

Dual cure emulsions that use a special diazo D.A.D. (Direct Addition Diazo), which is added directly into the emulsion, without pre dissolving in0 distilled water. The quality and quantity of water do not affect the performance of the emulsion.
