Screen printing stencil catalyst.
To improve the water and abrasion resistance of screen stencils.
Prepare the stencil in the usual way (Fig. 1).
After drying, apply the HB74 Catalyst with a soft brush or sponge on both sides of the stencil (Fig. 2).
Leave the screen standing for 10 minutes, while the stencil absorbs the product. Then, eliminate the residues from the open area with an air jet, aspirator or by wiping it with a soft cloth. (Fig. 3).
To complete the chemical hardening, leave the stencil in an oven at 140°F (60°C) for 10 minutes or under infrared lamps (Fig. 4).
Note: Longer time periods and higher temperatures will further increase the stencil resistance.

The Catalyst and Hardeners are corrosive. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty running water keeping the eyelids open. Keep the containers tightly closed.
