EXPOSURE ENHANCER

PRODUCT:
Liquid Light (Exposure enhancer).
FORMS:
Ready to use or concentrate.
USE:
Reacts with the screen emulsions, completing the light exposure reaction. It is specially recommended for stencils
for half tone dots and fine details.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Reacts with the stencil (after wash out) completing the UV light reaction. Prevents pinholes and avoids the blocking of open areas by soft dissolved emulsion.
- Increases stencil durability.
- This is not a hardener or water proofing chemical and does not affect the reclaiming of the stencils.
- Reacts with any emulsion or capillary film.
- Reduces the negative effects of under exposure.
- This product is specially recommended when using yellow or metallic meshes. These fabrics block UV light often causing a weaker exposure on the internal side of the stencil. Also recommended when multiple light sources are used and small details are generally not achieved unless the stencil is under exposed.
DILUTING:
Dilute 1 liter of HB70 Concentrate in 4 liters of water.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash out the stencil in the usual way (Fig. 1).
After the image has appeared completely, stop washing.
With the stencil still wet, apply Liquid Light HB70, first on the squeegee side of the stencil (where exposure is weaker)
and then on the external side. Use a soft sponge (Fig. 2).
Let the product react for about 30 seconds.
Rinse with plenty of running water (Fig. 3). Dry and finish the stencil as usual (Fig. 4).
ATTENTION:
Make sure the stencil is properly washed out before applying the Liquid Light HB70. If there are spots that were not washed out properly, these will react with the product as if the remaining emulsion was exposed to light.
WARNINGS:
Read the MSDS before using the products.
Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
