Remover of residues of inks and emulsions.
Paste, liquid or gel, in Normal, Extra and Eco versions.
For the reclaiming of screen printing meshes.
Apply HB52 with a brush, on both sides of the dirty stencil (Fig. 2).
Leave it on for about 5 minutes. Brush to help the cleaning action (Fig. 3). For hard to dissolve residues, leave HB52 on the mesh for longer periods of time.
Do not let the product dry on the mesh.
Wash the screen with running water.
Now the emulsion can be stripped (Fig. 4).
Use HB50 Emulsion Remover (decoater) according to the instructions on its technical information.

Wash the screen with running water and remove the excess of water. While the mesh is still wet, apply HB52 on both sides of the stencil with a brush (Fig. 6).
Leave it on for 5 minutes. Brush the product until all residues have been eliminated. For difficult residues, leave HB52 on the mesh for longer periods of time.
Do not let the product dry on the mesh.
Wash the stencil with running water, then use high pressure water (Fig. 7) until the mesh is completely clean (Fig. 8).

After removing the emulsion with HB50 Stencil Remover (decoater), dry the mesh. Apply HB52 with a nylon brush on both sides of the mesh. Apply HB54 Alkaline Paste and mix both products on the screen, covering completely all the stained areas (fig. 10).
For strong stains, an alternative process can be used: after applying the pre mixed products (HB52 and HB54) on the screen, use a printing squeegee to force the products to penetrate into the mesh (one squeegee stroke on each side).
HB54 Super can be used with all types of HB52 (Paste, Liquid, Extra, Eco or Gel). HB54 Normal is for use with HB52 Liquid, Eco or Extra.
Leave for 15 minutes (longer time may damage polyester meshes).
Wash thoroughly with running water to remove all product residues. Then wash with high pressure water (Fig. 11).
The mesh will be completely clean (Fig. 12).
When used on polyester mesh, the Alkaline Paste HB54 should be neutralized after the cleaning process. Apply a mixture of acetic acid (5% in water) or vinegar. Wash with running water.
ATTENTION: Read the Technical Information of HB54 before using the product.
