Removable blockout (screen filler).
To block out open stencil areas.
To temporarily fill open areas that will be printed with a different color.
To touch up stencil pinholes and defects.
The product can be coated with an Agabe emulsion coater (Fig. 1) or with a plastic spatula when the stencil is held in the horizontal position (Fig. 2).
Dry using hot or cold air (Fig. 3).
After drying, a second coat can be applied if needed.
Use a brush for touching up the stencil.
On indirect film stencils, the Blockout must be used prior to remove the clear base.
After printing, clean all ink residues with the appropriate solvent. Then wash out with water to dissolve the blockout layer (Fig.4).
