MESH ABRADER AND DEGREASER
PRODUCT:
Mesh abrader and degreaser.
FORM:
Paste.
USE:
To treat the mesh prior to coating the emulsion or film.
PROPERTIES:
- Creates a rough surface on the mesh threads, increasing the adhesion of emulsions and films.
- Does not damage the mesh.
- Abrades and degreases the mesh in one single operation.
- For all types of fabrics: nylon, polyester and stainless steel.
- Increases the print life of the stencils.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wet the mesh (Fig. 1 - enlargement of the fabric prior to the treatment).
Apply the Abrader with a brush. Scrub it over the whole surface, with circular movements, on both sides of the fabric (Fig. 2).
Wash with running water until all product is dissolved and no residues are left (Fig. 3).
Now the threads are abraded and the mesh is degreased, ready to receive the emulsion or the film (Fig. 4 - enlargement of the fabric after the treatment).
Do not touch the screen after it has been treated.
OBS.: This treatment is recommended for new meshes. However, additional treatment in reclaimed stencils will not cause any damage.
WARNINGS:
Read the MSDS before using the product.
In case of contact with eye, rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
It is advisable to wear protective gloves. In case of contact with skin, rinse with running water.
